Chennai: In order to assist final year UG students of Anna University, the Tamil government has assured that they will announce the results before June 30.
The higher Education Minister, P Palaniappan assembly told here that “the exams would be conducted from Monday onwards. In order to facilitate the final-year students of Anna University to join their placements or to apply for higher studies, the results would be announced before June 30.”
Since students face difficulties in getting admission and trouble in getting jobs, therefore the government has decided to look into the matter and overcome the issue by choosing to release the result quickly.
Previously, congress MLA Vijayadharani raised the issue and gave his statement as, “The government would think about conducting the exams before April from next year.”
